Who it is for: Plan for your child: schools, costs, documents — and link your child's account.

What you can do

• Clear, sourced information on boarding schools, the F-1 and J-1 visas, tests and documents.
• A link to your child's account, so you see the same plan.
• Introductions to verified agents, guardian services, J-1 sponsors and F-1 program organizations. We never favor a helper because it pays us.

How verification works

Your email address is enough. A link to your child starts only when your child accepts.

What others can see

Only you and the people you link with. A helper sees your contact details only after you accept its reply.

Who it is for: Admissions or international-student staff: check and correct your school's information.

What you can do

• A free staff account linked to your school's page.
• Edit your school's information yourself — name, address, phone, website, social links, grades, students and categories. Your values come first; the public data stays available.
• Write an introduction in up to 5 languages, add up to 10 photos and your logo, post school news and register your official YouTube channel.
• Changes are published at once after automatic checks and reach families, the USAnaru™ API and AI assistants (photos stay on your page only).
• Everything from verified staff is labeled as provided by the school; with tuition, deadlines, I-20 and admissions office your page shows “Verified by the school”.
• Payment never changes a school's data, order or ranking on USAnaru™.

How verification works

Sign in with your school email. Students have school email addresses too, so the first staff member of each school is confirmed by the USAnaru™ team directly with the school, by its public phone number or admissions email. After that, colleagues with the school’s email domain are approved by a verified colleague. Once a year we email you a link to confirm that you still work at the school; if you do not confirm within 30 days, your role is paused.

How long it takes: First staff member of a school: confirmed by our team with the school, usually within 1–3 business days. Colleagues with the school’s email domain: as soon as a verified colleague approves. Confirmed again by email once a year.

What others can see

Families, AI assistants and the API see what you publish for the school, with your job title and the date — never your name or email. Colleagues see your name, email and job title.

Who it is for: Study-abroad agencies, consultants and U.S. guardian or homestay services that help students.

What you can do

• A verified company profile (public only when you choose).
• An application board to follow your students' schools, stages, deadlines and documents, shared with the student and linked parents.
• Student information is shared with you only after the student — and a parent, for students under 18 — accepts.

How verification works

We review each company by hand before the account becomes active.

How long it takes: Checked by hand, usually within 1–2 business days. Colleagues of a verified company with the company’s email domain start at once.

What others can see

Families see your company profile only if you choose to publish it. Your students’ information stays inside your organization; colleagues see your name, email and job title.

Who it is for: J-1 sponsors designated by the U.S. Department of State (J-1 Secondary School Student, J-1 Intern, J-1 Trainee, J-1 Teacher and J-1 Camp Counselor programs), and organizations that run F-1 programs for international students at U.S. private schools (the school issues the Form I-20).

What you can do

• Your organization's profile — for J-1 sponsors, based on the State Department's public sponsor list.
• Strict data isolation: no other organization can see your placements, capacity or school approvals — even partners.
• Neutral introductions to families: we publish how we recommend and never favor one organization.
• We describe each program accurately: F-1 organizations do not issue the Form I-20 or sponsor a visa — the school issues the I-20.

How verification works

J-1: we compare your organization with the State Department's designated sponsor list — each J-1 program you choose must be one of its listed categories — and your email domain with its website. If they match that program is verified at once; otherwise we check it by hand. F-1 programs: there is no public list, so the USAnaru™ team checks your organization before families see it as an F-1 program.

How long it takes: J-1: instant when your organization and email domain match the State Department list; otherwise, and always for F-1, checked by hand, usually within 1–2 business days.

What others can see

Your organization profile can be public. Placements, capacity and school approvals are visible only to your organization’s verified staff — never to other organizations.

Today, family introductions use J-1 Secondary School Student and F-1 programs only. J-1 Intern, Trainee, Teacher and Camp Counselor sponsors can register and be verified, but are not yet introduced to families.
