USAnaru™ for U.S. guardian and homestay services
Most international boarding students need a guardian in the U.S. Families find schools on USAnaru™ — verified guardian services that cover those schools are shown on the school pages and introduced to the families.

What USAnaru™ does for you
- Your company on the pages of the schools you cover — “Guardian services covering this school”, nearest first — once you are verified and choose to be listed.
- Help requests from families whose chosen or shortlisted schools you cover, matched by distance and language. Contact details are shared only after the family accepts your reply.
- One company, two roles: if you are also a study-abroad agent, add both roles to the same company.
What we do not do
- We introduce and inform. We are not an agent, a J-1 sponsor, an F-1 program organization, a school or a visa adviser.
- We do not apply to schools for you, issue Forms I-20 or DS-2019, run host families, or guarantee admission or a visa.
- We never publish information about individual students or families.
What you register
- Legal company name, country, U.S. business address, business registration document (required for a new company), a contact person and a 24/7 emergency phone (private), languages.
- Coverage: one or more base locations (city or ZIP code) and a radius of 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles, plus any schools you add or remove; the services you offer; whether you have a background-check policy for staff and host families and liability insurance (certificate optional).
How we use this information: We use your company details, U.S. address, contact person and 24/7 emergency phone to verify your service and to reach you in an emergency reported to us. Families see only your company, city and state, bases, radius, the schools you cover, your services and the checks we verified — never your street address, ZIP code or phone numbers. Only USAnaru™ staff can open the registration document and insurance certificate; we keep them while your company is on USAnaru™ and for 3 years after it leaves (1 year if not approved). How verification works
A person at USAnaru™ checks each new company before it becomes active, usually within 1–2 business days: (1) the business registration document; (2) a call or message to your company through a contact we find ourselves — on the document or on a public listing; (3) your U.S. address, confirmed from the document, a public listing or a call. If your company is already verified on USAnaru™ as an agent, only the U.S. address is checked. Badges for liability insurance and a background-check policy show only after we check them. Families never see your street address, ZIP code or phone numbers.
