USAnaru™ for J-1 sponsors
A shared platform for Department of State–designated sponsors of secondary school exchange students.
What USAnaru™ does for you
- Your organization's profile, based on the State Department's public sponsor list.
- Strict data isolation: no other sponsor can see your placements, capacity or school approvals — even partners.
- Neutral introductions to families: we publish how we recommend and never favor one sponsor.
What we do not do
- We introduce and inform. We are not an agent, a J-1 sponsor, a school or a visa adviser.
- We do not apply to schools for you, issue Forms I-20 or DS-2019, run host families, or guarantee admission or a visa.
- We never publish information about individual students or families.
What you register
- Your program designation number (P-x-xxxxx) and organization name.
How we use this information: We use your organization name and program designation number to check them against the U.S. Department of State’s public sponsor list. Your placements, quotas and school approvals are visible only to your organization; anything we publish is anonymous and combined across sponsors. Privacy Policy
How verification works
We compare your organization with the State Department's designated sponsor list and your email domain with its website. If they match you are verified at once; otherwise we check by hand.
How to start
- Sign in or sign up with your email (a one-time link) or Google.
- Fill in the short form for this role.
